The right to enter law is taken advantage of beyond the right to privacy. I've been walked in on without a warning knock 3 times now. I've only lived here a year. I don't feel safe in this apartment building. Besides the contant police & homeless sleeping around the building issues. I don't feel safe knowing that I have absolutely no privacy when they enter without knocking.

This place is a disgrace. The supers and Housing York Inc do not care what is happening. Not the residential tenants, but, the commercial tenants 360Kids are a problem in the Yonge & Crosby intersection. 360kids and their attendees treat this place as all theirs. The attendees at the youth shelter, and homebase, run this property. You will hear noise day and night, fights, their is almost always a police presence. Their has been a shooting in the area, stores have been stolen from by their attendees, they trespass everywhere in the neighborhood. And it goes on.I suggest everyone who lives here at this building or gets an offer to reconsider, and do your research beforehand.
