I love my apartment and have enjoyed living here. The building is quiet and clean, the walkways are kept clear of ice and snow, grass is cut weekly and any maintenance concerns have been addressed in a timely manner.

Update: Feb 8, 2023I have lived here for 10 months and have to expand on my post 10 months ago as I am very impressed with the work that Maintenance and concerns are addressed quickly and courteously. My stove had a temperature control issue and within days of request a serviceman looked at stove and a replacement received 3 days later. My insuite washing machine needed a repair and was fixed in short window of time. The flowerboxes out front I was able to participate in planting and caring for the flowers. The neighbours are kind and considerate here. I recommend this location and safe environment to anyone.April, 2022I just moved in and had a great experience with the operations manager, Jennifer quick and knowledgeable on return texts of my needs that needed to be addressed. Service for a quick maintenance fix was prompt. The building is quiet with friendly neighbours.. I like the fact I can walk to Collicutt one direction and a 15 minute walk to grocery shopping.

Hello: I have recently moved into Lonsdale Court and in my opinion it is beautiful, clean and quiet. I recommend Lonsdale Court for those who are looking for a safe and friendly environment. Lastly, the staff are helpful, courteous and kind.

Absolutely wonderful. We have lived here comfortably for 4 years and have never had any trouble or problems. The staff and managers are amazing and very helpful. The units are fully kitted, so no need to go to the laundromat or anything. In all my time living here nothing went wrong, and the management was always ready to help when we need it.

My husband and I moved into Lonsdale court in January of 2015 and it was perfect. The building and grounds well kept and always peaceful. Had very few issues while living here. We were in unit 304 until the end of June 2017. We loved it here so much we would have even given 5 stars if it weren't for the way our move out was handled. The current manager Lynda came into our apartment for the final walk through and she immediately said how amazing the unit looked considering we had lived there for so long and jokingly mentioned that we should just stay. Now the building is pet and children free. However when we moved in, the unit needed a few more hours of cleaning. The previous tenant had an enormous fish tank in the kitchen area that had left marks on the floor and just all kinds of filth left behind. Which was marked in our initial walk through. No biggie. I did the cleaning, we began our new life here. Working on our move out cleaning checklist, we opened the light fixtures to replace burnt out bulbs and found that many of them only had ONE bulb inside and so it had been that way for the almost three years we lived there. So we replaced them out of pocket. Even the ones that were never there in the first place. So we do our final walk through and Lynda gives us our quotes on how much cleaning will be per hour to finish the place(blinds and oven needed cleaning still) and carpet cleaning quote. We were quoted 104+ gst for the carpets. When we get our damage deposit cheque we notice it's much lower than we had hoped it would be so we check out the paperwork. This shady character charged us 350.00 for carpet cleaning and straight up accused my husband when he phoned to inquire. Before he could say a word she said YOU had an animal in there" and went on to say there was animal urine in hallways and some of the rooms and she was damn sure because "she had it tested" . So what a huge joke this was for us considering the building is pet free and I chose this because I don't really like dogs or cats so we NEVER had one into our apartment while we were living there. But even so. The shadiest part was that she never once phoned to mention the skyrocket price of the carpet cleaning for a whole three rooms. Just sent the little cheque and assumed we would just deposit and keep quiet. My husband tried to get in contact with the higher up from Laebon Homes and he was away on holidays at the time and even after he returned he simply told my husband to deal with Lynda. And she got even snarkier when she found out he had spoken to Laebon. Such a waste of time for me to deal with all of this while we were in the middle of moving into our house so that's why this review is delayed.So there was never any kind of smell of urine in the time we lived there. She never once mentioned an odour while doing a walk through. And then said we were getting off lucky because she could have just charged us for new carpets. STILL zero proof of any animal urine anywhere to be shown. So just beware of surprise costs incurred suddenly and without notice when trying to move out."

I have been living here for 3 months and I really enjoy this building. There is lots of storage and lots of room in the kitchen area. The price is pretty reasonable too. I would recommend this place to anyone. Only downside for some people is there is no pets. I enjoy that part though.

I lived at Lonsdale Green for a couple of years. Lynda Meek was the property manager (same as Lonsdale Court). The place was always clean, quiet, felt safe, a good place to live. I knew I would have to pay a little bit for cleaning when I left, the walk around was fair and reasonable, it was what I had been told when I originally moved in. I enjoyed the nearby trails for running and biking. Lynda was always very good and professional, I would definitely recommend this as a place to live.

I have been living here for 2 years and have very much enjoyed it. I have to say that Linda Meek has proved to be very much aware of all the people that come and go, and I have always felt very safe. The building is always clean and bright and the grounds maintenance is excellent. Linda is very friendly and helpful and each time I see her we always share a laugh or two.

I loved here for over a year, a lovely property, really nice staff, very quiet. highly recommend

Great service starting from the management all the way to the caretaking. We’ve lived here for 5 years and are happy with our stay so far. High quality Affordable apartments.
