Skyline Towers Apartments
I was racially discriminated in their property. The property manager asked me to go back to my country. The company wouldn’t answer our calls or messages. Leaving them one star because zero star is not an option here. Don’t rent here!! I am filing a complaint against the company. Please read the comment below to my reply to get a better understanding of how they treat tenants and visitors. :)

Kirk and Jennifer are wonderful and so helpful! They respond to emails and phone calls quickly, and are always on site!The apartments are super spacious and reasonably priced. The lobby is always decorated for every holiday and season. The building is well kept with a clean lobby, clean laundry room and well kept landscape.The location is also a huge plus! Its located near two grocery stores, Starbucks, restaurants and a 15 minute walk to Dalhousie! It is great for students but also young professionals and families.Overall, cannot recommend this place enough!

Lived in one of their townhouses for 2 years. Landlords were great to deal with, they responded quickly to maintenance requests, and repairs were completed in a timely manner. Jennifer and Kirk were kind and amazing as landlords.

The best building I’ve lived in! I lived here for two years and ended up moving back in again a couple years later. Jen and Kirk are fantastic and I now call them friends! If they allowed dogs I’d happily move back into the building. Highly recommend !

Nice place at a very convenient location. Our place had a balcony, where we could enjoy the view unlike our new place. Overall, the experience was good in that place.

Quiet building with nice tennants. All about following the rules here. Could have been a little cleaner on move in, but it was satisfactory. Move in was well planned despite large numbers of people all moving on same day downtown in apartment area. There are decorations in the lobby for every holiday. Laundry machines work great, but pipes above machines could really use some dust removal.

Property managers are fantastic. They truly have gone above and beyond for me as a resident living in Skyline towers. Weather they reply and help me right away with an issue, or are smiling and greet me when we pass by each other.They have gone the extra mile for me countless times to ensure I feel safe and welcome, knowing my family lives out of province. I cannot express how grateful I am to have them managing the building I live in.They are quick to respond to any issue I have had. I really couldn’t ask for any better.

Took them 2 months to fix a dishwasher. Didn't seem concerned there was mice in the building. Took them 24 days to fix the oven element. Didn't have a screen door on the balcony for 18 months. Will enter the apartment unannounced in order to make repairs. Be prepared to fight to get your damage deposit back. Management acted spiteful if you ask them to do something.Also look up 5252 Tobin building managers as they plaster someone's car with grass and not even care.
